Precision Tech Home Services has been family-owned since Mario Lalima started the company in 1989. Leadership knows the crews by name, and decisions about how a job gets handled come from people who've worked in the field themselves.
The culture comes straight from how the trade gets practiced on every call: lay out real options, give a real number, and get judged by whether the work holds up. If that's how you already like to work, you'll fit in fast.
Once you're trained on how the company expects a job handled, you're trusted to run your own calls and make the judgment calls that come with them. Nobody's looking over your shoulder or signing off on every decision before you make it, which is a different kind of workday than a shop that keeps every technician on a short leash.
Company Values and Work Environment
Technicians on this team take the extra step even when nobody's checking, the kind of habit that shows up when someone services a furnace and cleans out a humidifier that's been ignored since installation. You don't get told to do that standard. It's what the crew expects from each other, and new hires pick it up fast because everyone around them works that way.
We started in Middlesex County and have grown into a full-service operation across New Jersey. That growth means more routes, more crews, and more room to move into a lead role or a new trade as the company keeps expanding.
Our team is also bilingual. Se habla español, which means Spanish-speaking technicians and staff handle calls and talk through the job with customers in whichever language is more comfortable for them.
