"While selling my condo in Manalapan, NJ, I ran into several urgent issues, including an electrical panel replacement and plumbing repairs. Precision Tech Home Services came recommended by the condo association—and for good reason. Their quote was about 40% lower than others, and they handled all permits and paperwork, completing the work within a week.

I initially didn’t realize they also do plumbing, which cost me time with other companies giving incorrect info. Once I called Precision again, Stephanie took care of everything with the township quickly and professionally. Big thanks to Isaac and Keith for excellent work on site.
