My hot water heat went, and Victor showed up literally half an hour after I called. It was a warranty replacement, and Victor had to call the factory so many times, and Home Depot gave him problems on the replacement, and we had to three-way call the manufacturer and Home Depot. When I tell you the level of service is something I haven’t seen in a long time from any contractor I work with, and I work with so many as a landlord with rentals. This was my own home, and Victor was determined to get me and my wife hot water. The company is great, and Victor personally is such a polite gentleman to have in your home—he’s an old-school professional, knowledgeable about his crafts, and generally enjoys delivering a great customer service experience. He’s the kind of guy that you’re blessed if you have him in your Rolodex. I will definitely use this company again and make sure to request Victor. He’s worth his weight in gold.

Emergency hot water heater replacement the day before Thanksgiving. From the call to the emergency line through the completed installation, everyone was professional and courteous. They called to update us on timing of their crew a couple of times so we knew exactly what to expect. Installation by Allen and his apprentice was efficient and a quality job. They wouldn't leave until everything was perfect, including a slightly out of plumb vent that they noticed and corrected. They cleaned up, and after they left you would never know they were here. Precision came out to diagnose an issue with my AC unit blowing hot air. The technician found several installation issues that the prior companies missed. The technician walked me through everything he was doing, and it was the most thorough experience/troubleshoot I've ever seen. My AC unit is working properly with no issues. I ended up calling them out about 3 days later to look at my electrical panel (I was having issues with a couple of circuits tripping). The same customer service and the same thorough investigating happened with the electrical issue. At this point, I'll never use anyone else for anything in my home.
