Had AC and heat replaced. Installers were very knowledgeable and nice and explained everything well. They did a professional job and left with everything nice and neat. Salesman Jay was above and beyond professional and very helpful and explained everything and what would be best for me. Very happy with the work everyone did and highly recommend the company. I will use them again.

We had our HVAC and water heater replaced, and I was sooo nervous about the work noise with my baby. These guys were amazing! Anthony D and Travis G were so respectful, personable, quick, and professional. I forgot they were in the house at times because they were so efficient. I cannot recommend them enough. If you’re lucky enough to have them come out, you won’t be disappointed!! Update: After updating our HVAC, my gas bill went from $440 to $160. Jason suggested updating the system when I mentioned the bill, and I trusted that he wasn’t just trying to upsell me. I have nothing but great things to say about this company and the individuals I’ve come into contact with.

I chose to go with Precision for my HVAC needs, and from the start, Jason, the HVAC Solutions Specialist, was fantastic. We explored several options, and after discussing the benefits, I decided on a new Lennox High-Efficiency HVAC system featuring the Lennox S40 communicating system. The installation went well and the system is fully interconnected, as it should be, and PTHS updated everything to meet current codes. Tom and Travis did a great job making sure everything was installed correctly and worked well. I was happy with their work, so I also had them install a new hot water heater and attic gable vent fan. The office team—Janet and Kim—were friendly and responsive, which made everything easier. Another plus is that Precision is locally owned and operated. It’s nice to support a business that offers more personal service, especially when so many HVAC companies are being bought up by larger corporations.
